Roll Yourself To Sleep
My favorite bedtime ritual is rolling on a foam roller. It only takes about 3-5 minutes and when I get into bed I am relaxed, both mentally and physically. My favorite roller is the OPTP LO ROX Aligned Foam Roller by Lauren Roxburgh. It is the perfect amount of firmness and I love the blue color.
