The Cleaner Floss

As you know by now, I’m obsessed with not putting toxic things in my body. So when I discovered Oral-B Glide was made with Teflon (yuck!) I knew I needed to make a change. In its place I have started using biodegradable bamboo dental floss. The one I like is ME Mother Earth Charcoal Dental Floss. Definitely moisten with water before you use, as it does not slide quite as easily through your teeth like Glide. A trade-off I am willing to make!
